The students of class 1 and 2
have participated
in observing the cane handicraft.
We invited two skilled artisans
at our school premises
on two consecutives days
from 26.12.11 to 27.12.11.
The students thoroughly enjoyed
the artisans’ turning mere canes
into everyday useful objects.
Some of the enthusiastic students
were seen having discussion
with the artisans on the process of
making sofa, chair, table, bookshelves
out of cane.
They wondered observing the facts practically
that they have seen on their books.
