ITHS - Bangladesh Returns Home from Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad with a Golden Medal

2 members of Bangladesh team who have participated in the 6^th INEPO-EUROASIA Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad have returned home today on 10^th April, early in the morning with a Golden Medal. Rezwan Siddiquee, student of Int’l Turkish Hope School and his teacher Kemal Yavuz, represented Bangladesh in the 6^th INEPO-EUROASIA Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad which was held between 04 and 08 April, 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Ministry of Education, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Sources, State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic, Inepo Euroasia Ecology Association were the organizers of the 6^th INEPO-EUROASIA Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad.

120 projects from 42 countries competed in this Olympiad and Bangladesh won the Gold Medal among 42 participating countries. Ministers, Parliament Members and other high officials of Azerbaijan Republic were present during the Award Ceremony. ITHS student Rezwan Siddiquee received his Gold Medal and Notebook Computer from the organizers. Bangladesh Team has visited many historical and touristy places and educational institutions of Azerbaijan.

Int’l Turkish Hope School administrators, teachers, and students have been present at the airport to receive the team. They received the team with applauses and flower bouquets.

INT’L TURKISH HOPE SCHOOL CHITTAGONG BRANCH ORGANIZES BOISHAKI MELA

International Turkish Hope School Chittagong Branch has organized Boishaki Mela as a tribute to Bengali New Year on April 14, 2012 at its Chittagong Campus between 10:00 and 16:00.

ITHS Chittagong Branch students and parents enriched the program with their different items on the stalls. Students, parents, teachers and guests sold out and offered flowers, games, books from Dhaka BNT Shop, hena and rich menu from both Turkish and Bangla cuisine in their reserved stalls. Both parents and guests visited the stalls and purchased the goods. The richness and colourfulness of the stalls attracted the many and the students enjoyed selling their goods.

100 % of the money paid for the stalls and the income from the Turkish Cuisine Corner will be sent to ITHS main office for our 133 scholarship students (boys & girls) who have been selected after examination in different underprivileged areas of Bangladesh. 

Joy of the day was reflected in the faces of people and the program has ended in contentment. Guardians and guests were very pleased with the organization and thank the management for organizing such a cultural day.

Dear Parents and Students,

We are pleased to inform you that Int’l Turkish Hope School Management has arranged a visit to Turkey only for its students in two packages. Please submit the Application Form provided during Teachers & Parents meeting or collect from the office and make the necessary payments to concerned Head of Sections till May 03, 2012.

The details of the visit are given below.

Package 1:

Date of Visit     : Jun 25, 2012 – July 02, 2012

Explanation       : Students will stay with Turkish families and all their expenses will be borne by the

                               hosting families. Students only need to pay return ticket fare and visa fee for Turkey.   

Package 2:

Date of Visit      : Jun 25, 2012 – July 09, 2012

Amounts            : For the first week students will stay with Turkish families and all their expenses will

                              be borne by the hosting families during this time. For the second week students will

                              be taken to different cities of Turkey and will be accommodated at hostels.

                              For the second week students need to pay 500 USD apart from return ticket fare to 

                              and visa fee for Turkey.

Notes :

1. Deadline for submission of this form : May 03, 2012.
2. If we get more applications than our capacity, interested students will be selected by drawing lots.

This visit will not only provide you with the opportunity to see the historical and monumental places of Istanbul but will also enable you to see some educational institutions and learn about the standard and system of education in Turkey. Some Turkish teachers will lead the group and extend all their help you need.

Please submit the Application Form provided during Teachers & Parents meeting or collect from the office and make the necessary payments to concerned Head of Sections till May 03, 2012.

Package 1:

Date of Visit : July 02, 2012 – July 12, 2012

Amounts       : Accommodation at Hostels and with Turkish families in different cities.   

• 750 USD (per adult)
• 500 USD (per child : 7 – 11 years and all ITHS students)
• 300 USD (per child : 2 – 6 years)
• 100 USD (per infant : 0 – 2 years)

Package 2:

Date of Visit : July 05, 2012 – July 12, 2012

Amounts       : Three-star hotel accommodation in Istanbul and one day visit to a neighbouring province,

                         (if time permits).

• 1000 USD (per adult)
•  750 USD (per child : 7 – 11 years and all ITHS students)
•  500 USD (per child : 2 – 6 years)
•  100 USD (per infant : 0 – 2 years)

Notes :

1. Above-mentioned amounts include all expenses for within Turkey, all food (will be arranged in different places), entry ticket for museums and historical places and cultural activities during the visit and exclude return ticket fare (2 ways) and visa fee for Turkey.
